Our program offers both group and individual therapy for all participants

Group Therapy

In Group Therapy, a number of patients discuss their problems together, usually under the leadership of a therapist, using shared knowledge and experiences to provide constructive feedback about maladaptive behavior. Community is a huge component to the program at Positive Direction Recovery Resources. We believe that a strong community creates a strong culture of recovery.

Individual Therapy

With individual therapy, a trained professional helps a single person work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and substance use disorders. At Positive Direction Recovery Resources, each client who enters our program is offered individual therapy sessions to assist and guide them in processing specific areas in which they need to work on in order to achieve lifelong sobriety.
